The Slumber Party Series™ is a cozy, virtual gathering for women who crave connection, playfulness, and a little glow-up from the inside out.

Inspired by the magic of childhood sleepovers, but with a grown-up twist. Each 90-minute session offers a safe space to unwind, share, and connect through feel-good music, guided DIY facials, gentle soul-nourishing conversation, and light-hearted fun.

You don’t need to get dressed up or go anywhere. Just show up as you are, in your comfiest pajamas with a journal, a drink, and an open heart.

Why It Was Created

We’re living in a time where loneliness is common, but real companionship feels rare. As women, we often hold so much…and yet, we rarely have a space to let our guard down, laugh about life, talk about the things that matter to us, and be seen without filters or expectations.

The Slumber Party Series™ was created to bring us back to that safe, sacred space of sisterhood where we could lay on the floor, share secrets, do face masks, and talk about our dreams.

Each session is a little different, but you can expect a mix of:

Guided skincare DIY facials
Throwback playlists to set the vibe
Playful and meaningful conversation starters
Light journaling prompts
Gentle guided reflection or meditation

Each virtual Slumber Party is 90 minutes long and hosted live via Zoom.

*Note: All activities are optional. You're welcome to engage in whatever way feels right for you. Whether that’s joining in fully, listening quietly, or just showing up to receive.

Includes a curated skincare box shipped to your door + full access to the session.

Order Deadline: One week before the event to allow for shipment of product to arrive.

Option 2: Virtual Access Only - $25

Join live via Zoom with your own skincare or just show up as you are. No kit required.

What’s in the Glow Kit?

A mini facial experience using products I use in my skincare boutique, Fika Skön. You’ll receive everything you need to follow along with the guided steps during our session.

How is the kit shipped?

Glow Kits are shipped via USPS First Class with tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation once it's on the way.

Please double-check your mailing address at checkout. I am not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. Reshipping fees may apply for returned kits.

Can I attend without the kit?

Absolutely! You can use your own skincare products or just show up to relax and receive. The experience is still powerful either way.

Is the Glow Kit a product I’m buying?

Not exactly! The Glow Kit is a curated participation kit created exclusively for our guided session. It includes sample-sized materials to be used during the event (like a mini facial-in-a-box) and is designed to support the experience, not function as a retail product. It’s not sold separately and is only available as part of your ticket. And yes… there may be a little surprise tucked inside to make your evening even more special.

Can I sign up the day of the event?

Yes! As long as space is available, you can register for Virtual Access Only up to 2 hours before the event starts.

What if I can't make it or I'm running late?
I totally understand that life happens. There’s a 10-minute grace period after the event starts. After that, the space will be closed to protect the sacred, uninterrupted nature of the experience. There will not be a recording available, as this is an intimate, safe space and we want everyone to feel comfortable sharing openly. If you miss your session and would like to join a future one, just email me at leah@fikawithleah.com and I’ll be happy to work with you on rescheduling for another day and time.
