These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in services, events, communications, and products offered by Leah Smith, doing business as Fika with Leah and Fika Skön, LLC, including but not limited to: skincare education and recommendations, intuitive counseling, and curated community events such as The Slumber Party Series.

By engaging with any offerings under Fika with Leah, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Fika with Leah provides holistic, faith-driven offerings including:

• Skincare education and product recommendations under the Fika Skön brand
   

• Licensed esthetician services based on professional skincare training and product expertise
   

• Intuitive guidance and spiritual support, provided in the capacity of an ordained minister
   

• Virtual and in-person gatherings focused on emotional healing, personal growth, such as The Slumber Party Series
   

All services are delivered with the intent to support personal transformation, emotional well-being, and conscious living.

2. Medical, Legal, and Psychological Disclaimer

The content and services offered by Leah Smith are for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only and do not constitute professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.

• Skincare Services: While Leah is a licensed esthetician, all skincare-related recommendations are general in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure skin conditions. Clients are encouraged to consult a dermatologist or medical professional for medical skincare needs.
   

• Spiritual Counseling: Intuitive guidance is offered in the context of ordained ministry and is not a substitute for licensed mental health services.
   

All participants are responsible for their own decisions, well-being, and health outcomes.

3. Participation and Community Guidelines

By registering for or participating in any Fika with Leah experience, including The Slumber Party Series, you agree to:

• Honor the privacy and vulnerability of others
   

• Engage with kindness, curiosity, and emotional responsibility
   

• Refrain from behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or misaligned with the values of the space
   

• Respect that the space is spiritual, intentional, and emotionally sacred
   

Women-Only Policy- The Slumber Party Series

The Slumber Party Series is a sacred, intimate space curated exclusively for women and feminine-aligned individuals.

Due to the nature of the conversations and spiritual atmosphere, this offering is not open to men. Leah Smith reserves the right to deny or revoke access without refund to any participant who does not align with this policy. This is done to maintain safety, comfort, and integrity for all attendees.

4. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

• All digital services, event registrations, and skincare product purchases are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
   

• If an event is canceled by Leah Smith, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
   

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled event, you may request to transfer your spot to a future date or another guest (at Leah's discretion).
   

5. Product Use + Safety (Fika Skön)

By purchasing and using any skincare products through Fika Skön, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You have reviewed ingredient lists and understand any allergies or sensitivities you may have
   

• You will discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a medical provider if needed
   

• You assume full responsibility for any skin reactions or side effects
   

• Products are intended for external use only and are not FDA-evaluated
   

Leah Smith and Fika Skön, LLC are not liable for misuse of products or individual allergic reactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, programs, event structures, product names, brand language, graphics, and teachings under Fika with Leah and Fika Skön are the sole property of Leah Smith. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any material without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Leah Smith, Fika with Leah, and Fika Skön, LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages (emotional, financial, physical, or otherwise) arising from your participation in services, events, or the use of products.

By engaging in any offering, you release Leah Smith from all claims and assume full responsibility for your own experience.
